About me

Before real estate, I served in the US Army, and that experience is still the foundation of how I work. Integrity, discipline, and attention to detail were drilled into me long before I ever wrote a contract, and they're exactly what you want from the person representing you in one of the biggest transactions of your life.

I started in Chicago's rental market over 13 years ago, working directly with renters and landlords across the city, then built on that as I moved into resale, listings, and buyer representation with Hudson Burnham Real Estate. That range means I've sat across the table from nearly every kind of client and situation: lease negotiations, first-time buyer nerves, competitive bidding wars, closings that didn't go the way anyone planned. I've been in the room for all of it, so nothing about your transaction catches me off guard.

I'm also a licensed notary signing agent, which means contracts and closing paperwork hold no mysteries for me. I catch the details other agents skim past, because in this business the details are what protect you.
